Return policy

Each Strike & Frame piece is custom-made and assembled by hand. As such, all sales are final.

In the rare event your order arrives physically damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will issue a refund or work with you to create a custom replacement.
